We kindly request that new patients please arrive 15 mins prior to their appointment time. This will allow you to fill out new patient forms. We also require that parents call 24 hrs before the appointment to reschedule. Please note that no other children and only one parent are allowed in treatment rooms. We encourage a clean environment, so please do not bring food or drinks.
