Our Difference

At our practice, advanced technology is just one part of the care we provide. What truly sets us apart is how we care for every child and every family who walks through our doors.

We specialize in treating children with special health care needs, and our entire team is extensively trained to create a calm, patient-centered experience tailored to each child’s unique abilities, sensitivities, and medical background. Compassion, flexibility, and communication guide everything we do.

Our multicultural team reflects the diverse community we serve, allowing us to connect with families from different backgrounds in meaningful, respectful ways. We believe that great pediatric care starts with understanding, trust, and representation.

We are also proud to be active community partners, collaborating with local small businesses and organizations to support families beyond the dental chair. Our office is not just a place for dental care — it’s part of the neighborhood.

Our providers have extensive training in pediatric behavior management, ensuring that even the most anxious or hesitant children feel safe and supported throughout their visit.

In addition, Dr. Sainvil serves as the pediatric dentist for the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate Craniofacial Team, bringing a high level of expertise and collaboration to patients with complex craniofacial needs.

Finally, we are one of the few pediatric dental offices to offer laser dentistry.

Solea® is a CO₂ dental laser that allows for precise, consistent treatment while significantly reducing the need for traditional anesthesia. In many cases, it eliminates the use of needles, drills, and other conventional dental tools. This means less discomfort, less anxiety, and a more positive experience for children. The laser can be used for a wide range of procedures, including fillings, cavity removal, and soft tissue treatments such as tongue-tie and lip-tie releases.

Technology matters — but heart, experience, and community are what truly make the difference.
